Chelsea part 2!

Here are some more lovely pictures from chelsea...

I love the old car incorporated into this garden.

These red & black poppies are so striking!

Amazing combinations of plants in the flower pavillion...

Diarmuid Gavin's garden tower - such a great idea for urban gardening - I just wish I could have got into it to take a look around!

By far, this was my favourite garden of Chelsea. - I love the 1950s caravan (named Doris!) and the wild planting around it was amazing! There was also little stretches of water amongst the paving and an extremely cute wooden dog house in the shape of the caravan!

This is Andy Sturgeon's gold medal winning garden. I love the arts and crafts feel to it & the intricate circular sculpture is quite beautiful.

There was so many beautiful roses at Chelsea but I particularly loved the combination of these orange and red roses planted next to one another.

I think that this display was made by Nikki Tibbles - one of my favourite florists who runs the company 'Wild at heart.'

Chelsea Flower Show..

I was very, very excited to receive free tickets for the Chelsea Flower Show totally out of the blue yesterday! - So, today was spent marvelling over lots of stylish gardens and stunning flowers in the warm sunshine! Here are just a few of my favourite things there...

This is the Orla Kiely shed which I absolutely loved...and I definitely need that orange & brown bike!

 A multitude of different nacissi...

David Austin roses

I loved this urban city garden - I think the combination of the grafitti street art works really well with thw wild, naturalistsic planting. - I also love the use of the trainers stuck down the side of the wall!

Me and Nastaissia infront of a colourful sea of beautiful sweet peas!

Delphiniums - one of my absolute favourite flowers...

pinks!

Everything appears to be very pink this week despite the grey climate! I have a hair circlet assessment very soon so this week I have been practicing...

The hair circlet also doubles up as a pretty cake garland.

This is one of my most favourite plants called 'bleeding heart'. It's so delicate & pretty & really reminds of a pair of earrings!

This is a modern design using gerberas, blossom, hazel, aspidistra leaves & bear grass. I really love the dark pink blossom and the twisty hazel. The limes used to decorate the vase are quite fun too!
